How Sidus works
Sidus guides explain human biology claim by claim, and show how strong the evidence behind each claim is. Nothing here is a treatment plan.
01 · Who writes
Guides come from creators who applied and were accepted. Every guide is reviewed before it first goes live. Every claim in a guide carries a source.
02 · The grades
Each claim has a grade from A to D. The grade follows the strongest source behind the claim, not how often the claim gets repeated. A D claim is allowed; hiding that it is a D is not.
Pooled or randomized human data
RCT or meta-analysis in humans with a relevant endpoint.
Controlled human study, with limits
Controlled human study with limitations, or strong cohort data.
Animal or mechanism only
Animal model, in-vitro, or a mechanistic inference with no human data.
Anecdote or theory
Anecdote, experience report, or theory with no supporting evidence.
03 · Challenge a claim
Think a claim is wrong or overstated? Challenge it under the guide, with a source. The creator answers in public, right below your challenge. A reviewer then closes it as answered, or upholds it if the objection stands. Upheld challenges stay visible under the guide.
04 · Guides change
When new evidence arrives, a guide gets a new version with a note on what changed. Guides you saved tell you when they change: on your library page, and in the weekly mail if you turn it on in your account.
05 · What Sidus never publishes
No guide contains
- dosages,
- where or from whom to get a substance,
- how to take, inject, cycle or combine something,
- what you personally should do.
Sidus explains what the research shows. Decisions about your health belong with you and a doctor who knows you.
06 · Your account
Reading needs no account. A free account keeps your vault, the creators you follow and your progress on every device; you can download or delete it at any time. Details in the privacy notice.
